TokenFab Platform Recharge Agreement

I. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to the TokenFab platform. The following terms and conditions constitute the agreement between users who recharge on the platform (hereinafter referred to as "User" or "You") and Shenzhen Xiangyuan Gongfang Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xiangyuan Gongfang" or "TokenFab") regarding recharges and the use of balances. When you confirm this agreement by clicking "Purchase Now" online or actually make a recharge, it indicates that you have understood the content of this agreement and agree to be bound by it, including but not limited to the main text of this agreement and all rules, regulations, announcements, explanations, and/or notices regarding services that Xiangyuan Gongfang has published or may publish in the future, as well as other website rules and policies. All aforementioned rules are integral parts of this agreement and have the same legal effect as the main text of the agreement.

Xiangyuan Gongfang has the right to modify the relevant content of this agreement from time to time in accordance with changes in national laws and regulations as well as actual business operational needs, and shall notify users by publishing notices in advance on the software system, website, etc. The modified terms shall take effect on the date specified in the notice. If you choose to continue recharging, it indicates that you agree to and accept the modified agreement and are bound by it; if you do not agree to our modifications to this agreement, please immediately refrain from recharging or stop using this service.

II. Definitions

2.1 Consumption Account: TokenFab platform personal recharge consumption account, referred to as "Consumption Account", refers to the account automatically configured by Xiangyuan Gongfang based on the user's TokenFab platform account. The act of users recharging this account is deemed as users prepaying service fees to Xiangyuan Gongfang, and the prepaid service fees can be used to purchase products or services provided by the TokenFab platform.

2.2 Recharge Package: Refers to the prepaid service fee recharge packages of varying amounts provided by Xiangyuan Gongfang to users. Recharge packages are divided into general recharge packages and custom recharges, where general recharge packages mainly include prepaid service fees of certain amounts, subject to the current content displayed on the ordering page; custom recharge refers to prepaid fees of amounts customized by users.

III. Recharge Conditions

When you recharge, you should have a verified TokenFab platform account; passing either personal real-name verification or enterprise verification counts as verified.

IV. Account Security

4.1 When users make recharges, they should carefully confirm their account and information. If users harm their own interests due to their own operational errors, lack of understanding, or insufficient understanding of the recharge pricing methods, resulting in recharging the wrong account, selecting the wrong recharge type, etc., the user shall bear the responsibility themselves.

4.2 When users use services provided by third-party payment enterprises during recharges, they shall comply with the various agreements and service rules with such third parties; during the use of third-party payment services, users shall properly safeguard personal information, including but not limited to bank account numbers, passwords, verification codes, etc.; users agree and confirm that Xiangyuan Gongfang assumes no responsibility for disputes arising from third-party payment services.

V. Recharge Methods

5.1 Users may choose third-party payment enterprises recognized by Xiangyuan Gongfang (currently supporting Alipay and WeChat Pay) to pay the recharge amount.

5.2 If a user entrusts a third party to recharge their Consumption Account, the user promises and guarantees that they understand and trust the third party, and that the third party also understands and agrees to accept the user's entrustment to recharge for the user; otherwise, if Xiangyuan Gongfang is notified by the third party that such recharge was not consented to by the third party, Xiangyuan Gongfang has the right to immediately lock the user's Consumption Account (during the account lock period, Xiangyuan Gongfang will suspend the user's use of services and lock the user's API Key, the same below). Within 30 days from the date the user's Consumption Account is locked, the user shall provide sufficient evidence to confirm that the third party agreed to recharge for them in advance; otherwise, the user agrees and authorizes Xiangyuan Gongfang to cooperate with the third party's request and return the corresponding amount from the user's locked Consumption Account to the third party. If the balance in the user's Consumption Account is insufficient for the refund at that time, the user agrees to recharge the shortfall amount within 30 days at the latest, entrusting Xiangyuan Gongfang to refund it, or refund it themselves from their WeChat account or Alipay account, unless the third party agrees that the user does not need to refund this portion.

5.3 The user promises and guarantees the legality of the source of funds used to recharge their Consumption Account; otherwise, Xiangyuan Gongfang has the right to cooperate with the requirements of judicial authorities or other competent government agencies to take corresponding actions regarding the user's Consumption Account, including but not limited to locking the user's Consumption Account, etc.

VI. Recharge Amount and Recharge Benefits

6.1 Recharge Amount refers to the amount (in RMB) that you actually pay for online recharges, excluding bonus amounts from recharges, and can be freely consumed and used on the TokenFab platform.

6.2 Recharge Bonus Amount refers to the additional amount (including but not limited to red envelopes, etc.) granted beyond the recharge amount according to the recharge promotion activities launched by the TokenFab platform from time to time. The Recharge Bonus Amount cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or invoiced. The Recharge Bonus Amount will be issued according to the corresponding activity rules and used according to the corresponding usage rules.

6.3 Users may choose to order recharge packages to recharge their Consumption Accounts based on their actual needs and the minimum amount required by the software system. Once successfully ordered, the recharge package takes effect immediately, has no expiration date, and can be stacked for use. When the balance in the user's Consumption Account is exhausted or insufficient, the user will be unable to use the platform services.

VII. Use of Account Balance

7.1 After you recharge, the account balance has no expiration date for use and cannot be transferred or gifted. Therefore, please choose your recharge amount based on your own consumption needs, and Xiangyuan Gongfang does not limit the number of recharges.

7.2 Upon successful recharge, you can immediately start using the corresponding products (or services).

VIII. Invoices

Xiangyuan Gongfang will issue corresponding invoices based on the actual consumed amount after the consumption of your recharge amount, in accordance with the product (or service) agreement you ordered.

IX. Regarding Refunds

9.1 You should fully estimate your actual needs and determine the recharge amount. Due to the continuous consumption characteristics of the platform's interface for Tokens, Consumption Accounts generally do not support refunds. If you must request a refund due to special circumstances, you may contact platform customer service for a refund of the unconsumed recharge amount and cooperate in providing relevant supporting materials. Xiangyuan Gongfang will review the user's refund request. Upon approval, the corresponding recharge amount will be returned to the user via the original payment method selected at the time of recharge.

9.2 Recharge amounts only support one-time refunds. Recharge Bonus Amounts (including but not limited to red envelopes and similar non-cash discounts, etc.) do not support refund requests. Once a refund request is initiated, the Recharge Bonus Amount will become invalid at the time of the refund request.

9.3 Recharge amounts that have been consumed or should be deducted according to the relevant product (or service) agreement will not be refunded.

X. Dispute Resolution

This agreement is governed by the laws of the mainland region of the People's Republic of China (for the purpose of this agreement, excluding the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the Macao Special Administrative Region, and the Taiwan region of China). If a dispute arises between the user and Xiangyuan Gongfang regarding this agreement, both parties shall first seek to resolve it through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, such dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court at the place of domicile of Shenzhen Xiangyuan Gongfang Technology Co., Ltd. (Shenzhen, Guangdong Province).
